Spa Appointment Policy
Pura Vie operates by appointment only for all spa services and yoga classes. We will try our best to accommodate walk-in requests, however reserving an appointment to secure the optimal time that honors your schedule ensures a provider and instructor will be on premises. Appointments may be made online via the Pura Vie website, by calling our Spa Desk Coordinator, or by visiting Pura Vie in-person. All appointments require a valid credit card to receive appointment confirmation whether reserving a spa service or class online, over the telephone or in-person. Online reservation requests are not automatically confirmed when completed. You will receive a confirmation email once your credit card is verified and appointment availability for service or class is confirmed.
You will be contacted if credit card cannot be verified and/or availability for service or class is not possible. We strongly recommend advance reservations as Pura Vie is a boutique spa and yoga studio and a limited number of guests and students may be accommodated on a daily basis.
Spa Cancellation Policy
In an attempt to honor all requested appointments, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes and treatments. This time frame allows us to notify clients on our waiting list in a timely manner and keep operations running smoothly. Notifications with less than 24-hour notice to cancel/re-schedule spa service and yoga reservations inhibits our ability to book another spa guest or student in adequate time and affects our service providers financially.
All individuals that provide less than 24-Hour notice to cancel/re-schedule WILL incur a 100% charge for the cost of service or class booked.
