Heather Zipperer – Yoga Instructor/Esthetician
Heather’s first connection with yoga was in a Prenatal Yoga Class and it was love at first OM! With over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry, yoga was the first time she learned how to empower her body through moment and breath, rather than over exert herself trying to do exercises that were not in line with what her body needed. Her goal for her students is to become in tune with their body, their breath, and their intuition on and off the mat. She loves to teach a fun class that is challenging and allows you to push yourself, while offering safe modifications and levels. When she’s not on her mat you can find her biking, paddle boarding, or just generally trying to get lost in her native Sunshine State!
