I'm a former personal trainer, High School educator, and massage therapist of over 22 years. The body is a temple and I'm here to help you have the best one! Healthy mind, body and spirit is my motto and as a former teacher of Anatomy & Physiology, I expertly customize my wellness experiences to meet your individual needs.
My experience as a bodyworker entrepreneur has led me to train in a variety of different modalities, focusing on Sports & Deep Tissue Massage techniques. I utilize Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Assisted Stretching, Cupping and Graston (Gua-Sha) Method to help relieve adhesions from muscle tissue, lengthen the fibers and increase healing to injured muscle groups of the body.
I also can provide relaxation bodywork and love using custom aromatherapy, hot stones, and circulatory techniques to relax and regulate the nervous system to balance stress, tension, and emotional upheaval.

Western Flow Massage uses light to firm pressure, smooth strokes, kneading, and therapeutic techniques to relax your muscles, in order to address your pain and/or areas in your body that need attention. This massage can be customized to your needs. Western Flow refers to the method of massage that is found in the following bodywork:

This is a full-body massage that uses light to medium pressure, smooth strokes, kneading, and healing techniques to keep you healthy, and to restore balance to your body during your pregnancy. This relaxing restorative massage will calm your mind, allow you to breathe and let go, while improving your circulation, digestion, immune, nervous, and respiratory systems. Reduce your stress, restore your energy, and find your balance!
