Prior to your wellness treatment, we encourage you to relax in our lounge and enjoy complimentary water and hot teas to prepare your mind and body for your wellness experience.
We encourage you to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your treatment to complete check-in orientation and to enjoy our relaxation lounge. Arriving at the time or later than your service begins will limit the time of your treatment and may be disruptive to other customers. Wellness services will end on time to ensure the next guest is not delayed and full price of your treatment will be charged.
Pura Vie is a center of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all guests' rights to privacy and serenity. Pura Vie is a camera, video recorder, and smoke-free facility. Violation of this policy without expressed permission of establishment owner will result in dismissal of center, 100% charge for all services booked and possible refusal of future services. Lower-Level voices must be utilized in relaxation lounge and retail areas to respect the wellness experience individuals are receiving.
Pura Vie is a family-friendly facility. Children ages 13-17 may receive massage services only at the sole discretion of establishment owner and with written parental consent. Children under the age of 13 must remain in the lounge/retail area with adult supervision. Pura Vie staff cannot provide childcare while receiving services and children cannot remain in treatment room and relaxation lounge without adult supervision during your scheduled service.
Please wear comfortable clothing for all services. We encourage you to leave valuables out of the studio as there are no enclosed lockers to store your personal property and Pura Vie will not be responsible for lost/stolen goods.
Pura Vie operates By Appointment Only for all services to secure the optimal time that honors your schedule. Appointments may be made online via the Pura Vie website, by calling our studio, or by visiting Pura Vie in-person. All appointments require a valid credit card to receive appointment confirmation whether reserving a service online, over the telephone or in-person. You will receive a confirmation email once your credit card is verified and appointment availability for service is confirmed.
You will be contacted if credit card cannot be verified and/or availability for service is not possible. We strongly recommend advance reservations as Pura Vie is a boutique studio and a limited number of guests may be accommodated on a daily basis.
Ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment but Pura Vie will provide a courtesy appointment reminder via email and text message 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
In an attempt to honor all requested appointments, we maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy for all treatments. This time frame allows us to notify clients on our waiting list in a timely manner and keep operations running smoothly. Notifications with less than 48-hour notice to cancel/re-schedule massage services and inhibits our ability to book another customer in adequate time and affects our service providers financially.
All individuals that provide less than 48-Hour notice to cancel/re-schedule WILL incur a 100% charge for the cost of service booked.

Late cancellations will result in a fee that Must be resolved in order to reschedule.
Prepaid services will Not be refunded upon late cancellation or late rescheduling of appointment.
Monies paid in advance for any reason may be credited towards future services or retail items at Pura Vie. We will not process refunds post transaction.
Depending on the length of your appointment and the daily schedule, a late arrival may result in rescheduling your appointment rather than rushing or inconveniencing the next client.

Please note that chargebacks on credit cards for late notice cancellation fees will result in refusal of future services at Pura Vie.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your products or service, please call us to discuss your concerns. We will not issue refunds for opened products.
Your health is invaluable. We understand that bugs occasionally creep up on us suddenly, so we do make an allowance for last minute cancellations due to sickness. To ensure that everyone stays healthy, please keep in mind that if you need to cancel last minute due to personal illness, the earliest you will be permitted to reschedule is 14 days from the date of your cancelled appointment.
We must receive communication prior to your appointment same day informing us you are ill if you have not cancelled your appointment beforehand due to sickness. Should our team contact you if you do not arrive to your service and you do not inform us of illness during telephone communication, you will be charged as a no-show and will have to prepay for future services.
Pura Vie accepts all major credit cards and cash. Checks are not permitted. Payment is required after services have been rendered.
All Pura Vie prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
Gratuities are welcome and appreciated. It is customary to give 18%-20% for excellent service.
Pura Vie gift cards are available for purchase and make the ideal gift for those seeking to enrich their lives with a profound holistic experience. Please understand that gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, no exceptions!
We offer treatments specifically designed for expectant mothers. Please contact our shop to assist you in selecting services that are most suitable for you at this time. *Please note there are some treatment restrictions during the first trimester.*
When making reservations please notify us of any health concerns, physical ailments, and disabilities you may have so that we can prepare and accommodate you appropriately and professionally.
We respect the privacy of our customers and will not release any customer information to third parties. We never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.
Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Pura Vie and its clients. We respect your time and attention by carefully controlling the frequency of digital communication.
