Sound Bath Meditation is a hypnotic session of deep relaxation, mindfulness and guided meditation while live instruments are played to calm the mind and body. No yoga is provided, simply audible visualization while resting comfortably on your mat.

Must bring own mat, blanket and pillow.

Cost: $20.00 per person

 Shamanic Healing Circle is a Monthly gathering for all people to share thoughts, beliefs, questions, ideas to seek guidance,healing and receive energetic soul balance. This session is facilitated by owner and Shamanic practitioner, Noemi Pareja, who provides channeled messages and support for all that attend. Verbal participation is not required, only an open heart, mind and spirit to receive.

Once all those that wish to share have completed speaking their truth, a Group Shamanic Energy Healing will be provided to Renew Chakras, Release what must be cleared, and Restore inner balance.

This is not a meditation. No Cost, but donations are welcomed if you feel inclined to do so.

Workshop #1-"Soul Gazing"

This workshop begins our Intuition Development Workshop Series with an Interactive Partner Activity to learn Shamanic Eye Gazing Meditation with Sacred Rattle Activation. Learn to Distinguish Logical Thoughts and Personal Intuition through color, animal guides, messages, and images seen and felt. "Soul Writing"-a meditative form of automatic writing will be taught to document intuitive downloads to record, understand, confirm and validate. This exercise permits the mind-body-and spirit to align and balance to provide the insight you need for your life.
