Yin Yoga is a Restorative practice with minimal asanas that are meant to relax and stretch the body gently as each pose is held for a period of time using bolsters, blankets or blocks to support each movement.
This class is perfect to get that deep stretch and for those with severe and chronic anxiety. Must bring own mat, bolsters, pillow or blocks.

Hatha Yoga is a Gentle Flow practice that is suited for all levels. This class is geared towards improving flexibility, stamina and strength by moving through asanas that include Sun Salutations, Downward Dog, Warrior and relaxing with Shavasana. This is what many consider a “Regular” Yoga Class.
Must bring own mat.

Sound Bath Meditation is a hypnotic session of deep relaxation while live instruments are played to calm the mind and body. No yoga is provided, simply audible visualization while resting comfortably on your mat.
Must bring own mat, blanket or pillow.
